Terms of Service

Contact me via email or DM (Instagram) to inquire on an illustration. Send me a brief description of what you would like with any references that you want included. (Characters, poses, backgrounds, etc)
As a freelance illustrator I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on social media for portfolio and self promotion unless specifically asked to be kept private beforehand. (I will not post personal photo’s or information)
Payments are taken up front via PayPal or Venmo (USD) once I receive your payment I will start your commission!
There are no refunds once I start your illustration. The commission is for personal use only, no commercial sales. The commissioner is NEVER allowed to sell, redraw, edit, make merchandise or claim credit of the commission, or use as advertising (e.g. Commercial use)
I have limited space so I will start a commissions list for others who want an illustration once spots have already been filled. I will let you know if you have been added to the list once you contact me.
I will send you the rough sketch for approval, then the refined sketch with color scheme options, and the final illustration via email as a PNG.
*Any changes after the illustration has been colored will be charged extra

Please give me 2-4 weeks for the finished illustration. If I need more time I will contact you! Art takes time ♥
